Many innovation management architectures are based on organisational and business models that originated in the previous century, such as Bob Cooper's Stage-Gate model for new product development and its application to factory innovation. More recently, we have seen a wave of agile management methods.

Scientific research shows that these methods do not deliver organic growth in 90% of cases. Now AI has entered the world of innovation. We believe current architectures must be fundamentally revisited, moving from a departmental approach to a holistic concept.
